From 1 January the United Kingdom (UK) is no longer a member of the European Union (EU). If you buy goods from the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) from 1 January, you may incur charges. This includes Ireland.
You may need to pay duty and taxes when the items arrive in your country, the price is determined by cost of order. Oversea shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the process through customs, which is unfortunately out of our control, you can however, track your package and keep up to date with the status of delivery. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty, and tariffs. All items are shipped from the UK.
For our UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for our international customers if orders are not received within 20 business days, please contact us.
