Returns

If you want to return your item, we are happy to exchange or refund your pieces within 28 days of purchasing (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons). To be eligible for a full refund, you must return your item unworn and in the same condition you received it, including in the original packaging.

Please fill out all the necessary information on the returns section in your order form to ensure your refund is processed swiftly.

 

Whether you would like to refund or exchange your item;

  • Full name, email address and phone number
  • Order number
  • Your returns address (for exchanges only)

Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are usually processed within 10 working days of us receiving the returned item.

* If orders are returned without an order slip including the above information (even if you’ve received a free returns postage label), this will result in delays and could make the process of a refund longer, and in some circumstances, it may not be processed at all. We want you to receive the smoothest experience and appreciate your cooperation.

* You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless you received the wrong or faulty item – we would then take full responsibility and send out a pre-paid returns label. We are working on changing this as we expand and grow.

* Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded at this time.

 

If you are sending an item that exceeds £75, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Withholding refunds

 Where we suspect fraudulent activity by you, including (but not limited to):

  • where items that are returned do not match what you originally ordered.
  • where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed but allegedly not received.
  • where we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used, worn or damaged by you; and/or anyone else

We reserve the right to withhold refunds and block you from placing orders with Katri’s Jewellery in the future. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, you can Contact Us at info@katrisjewellery.com and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you further.
